Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD)
Ideal for converting viscous or high-solid-content materials into dry solids in a continuous process. Feed spread into thin film on heated surface with rotor providing continuous agitation for high heat transfer. Often operated under vacuum. Cornerstone of ZLD.
Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryers (ANFD)
All-in-one solution combining filtration, washing, and drying in single contained unit. Highly advantageous in cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, minimizing operator exposure and preventing contamination.
Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryers (RVPD)
Batch-processing systems for drying moist slurries and pastes, especially heat- and solvent-sensitive APIs. Operates under deep vacuum for gentle, low-temperature drying. Paddles ensure uniform mixing.
