Liquid-Liquid Extractor (LLE) Pilot Plant
See our Liquid-Liquid Extractor (LLE) in action through a pilot plant facility. You can use it at your plant site by hiring it. It is a rotating-disc type extraction column with a counter-current extraction process taking place in Liquid Liquid Extractor (LLE). At the outlet, we get an extract enriched with the desired product and raffinate with a small amount of product. The skid-mounted pilot unit consists of a feeding arrangement for the light phase, heavy phase, and settlers.
Agitated thin film dryer (ATFD)
Our ATFD pilot plant facility is available for taking trials at your site on a hire basis. Feed in the form of a slurry (ranging from 30 to 50% w/w) or a solution is converted into a thin film, which is agitated by a rotor on top of a dryer. We get dry powder at the bottom of the dryer, depending on the nature of the feed. The pilot unit is a skid-mounted unit consisting of a feeding arrangement, an external condenser, and receivers for distillate and concentrate.

See our ATFE in operation by hiring the pilot plant for onsite trials. Also called a wiped film evaporator, it forms a thin, agitated film on a heated wall using a high-speed rotor. Vapor flows counter-currently through an entrainment separator. The skid-mounted unit includes a feed system, pre-heater, flash separator, external condenser, & receivers for concentrate & residue. It enables process validation & performance evaluation before full-scale installation.
